Our goal is to provide quality health care to all of our patients in timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our Health Providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy, Missed and appointment cancellation. When you book your appointment you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other wellness family members. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 12hrs. in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advance notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled LESS than 12 hrs before the appointment time. A No-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case , the client will be charged for half of the full appointment session.
First Appointment/Eval Clients: A No Show or Late Cancellation will result in a full charge of the new patient fee. Please understand the appointment times are limited. Missed or cancelled appointments less than 12 hours will incur a fee. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and other clients, we ask that you give us at least a 12 hr. notice.
For Event Attendees: Please cancel as soon as possible. We are reserving zero-gravity chairs, yoga mats, and materials to make your experience a most enjoyable one. We understand that life is unpredictable. We appreciate your respect and effort to other attendees and the presenter.
