Introduction to Shamanism & Learn to Journey
This two-day course introduces you to the foundations of core shamanism. By learning the practice of the shamanic journey, you will traverse the hidden realms of light to connect with your spirit allies to receive guidance, support, protection and healing.
This workshop will give you tools and insights to support whatever your spiritual practice may be. This is an experiential workshop. You will do several journeys and meet one or two helping spirits. We build in time for questions and discussion so that you can come to a place of comfort and confidence in this practice.

9:00am to 5pm, Saturday
9:00 to 4pm, Sunday
Location: Retreat at Loon Pond, Litchfield, Maine
Lodging is available on site for an additional cost
Participants staying on-site, as well as commuters, will be responsible for their own meals and snacks. Commuters will bring their own lunch and snacks. A full kitchen will be available for all.
