This is a Meditation class. We will explore several different methods and techniques of meditation. These will involve sound, walking the labyrinth, visualizations, guided meditation and breathing techniques. We will sit and lie back as we explore different ways to dial down the noise, allowing you to enter into your quietness.
Zero-gravity chairs are available and blankets are provided.
